I took the NBME 3 last week and got a decent score with two months to go till test day. Has anyone taken this one and what are your thoughts on difficultly?

Can you even buy this one on the NBME website? I thought this one was only "unofficial".

I haven't taken 3 yet, but on the other ones I have taken I have gotten pretty decent scores that I feel have been too high.

my actual score was identical to my scores on both NBME 3 and 11, so you can take that for whatever it's worth.

I did. It underpredicted by 7 points for me.
