NBME 3 question: Colon adenoma

What did you guys put? I put tubular adenoma simply because it looks like theres a stalk and it looks very similar to the picture in goljan. But the answer from the guy who scored an 800 said its adenocarcinoma. Other than the fact that the thing is HUGE, is there anything else that might lead to choosing that answer above the rest?
 
can someone post the link to where i can the answer for nbme 3 to the guy who got an 800? Thanks in advance.

Definitely tubular adenoma. What about the RBC question? isn't a RBC roughly 300mM? Why would it swell to 2.0 of the original volume if the NaCl solution was 75; shouldn't it do that only if the solution was 150 mM?

i got 770 on NBME 3 and recall putting tubular adenoma. as for the rbc question, I remember being stumped by it. i can't recall what i put.

NaCl dissociates so 75 mM NaCl = 150 mOsm NaCl
