NBME 4 or UW?

5 days to go and 500 ques marked in UW....should I go through my "marked" or do the NBME 4? I got a 227 on NBME 2 about two weeks ago, but I don't know if it will help me for the real thing to do #4 or not, are there a lot of question repeats on the real thing?
I don't have time to do both so please help!!

I'd do the UWorld if I had to choose. You might surprise yourself with what you didn't retain.
