Here are some of the answers I came up with for some of the sections on the NBME form 1+2 (http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=292218).

No guarantees they're correct, but if you'd like to discuss it, please go here: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=292735, because I am taking my boards tomorrow and have no intention of looking at this again.

Hope it helps someone!

27. C I think it is E. If it were C, those between C and E who were healthy would have a false negative.
28. D I thought it could be E - D sounds like referal which the USMLE doesnt seem to like (even though reality may differ!) I would address the real problem (independence) and the emotional issue, and propose a solution for the question.

Corangey, good luck tomorrow! Although, based on your answers, I don't think you need it.
