Anyone could reply but if Phloston can give his input that would be great as well!

I have about a month left - do another pass thru UW or do another pass through the NBME forms? I have to say in terms of percentage I am scoring a higher in my UW blocks than my NBMEs. What would be most beneficial to up my score on the real deal?

Thanks

in general I'm opposed to doing another pass thru UW but if these are your options, then UW

What about Kaplan and USMLERx Q Banks ?

You might also want to look into Dr Raymon Integrated cases to solidify the concepts.

+1 for Kaplan Qbank and/or USMLE-Rx - just with the idea that seeing the information asked in different ways will improve your integration of the concepts. Kaplan has good multimedia and imaging questions, and Rx helps solidify First Aid. I'm also generally opposed to repeating questions, because the subconscious shortcuts the normal approach to problem-solving.
Disclaimer: my test is in June.
