NBME Practice Exams worth it?

Hello,

I was wondering if it is worth taking the NBME practice exams since there is no actual feedback for each questions or review at the end or am I better off just relying on Uworld (which I plan on doing in any case).

I wouldn't pay for more than 2. At $50 a pop they're really just 200 questions and a score prediction.

UWorld really is a great resource with 2400q and explanations for each question
