I remember people saying they take form 1 as an early assessment, whereas form 2 is a better approximation of your projected score. So why does the NBME.org website show 4 different versions of the comprhensive basic science exams...are there 2 new forms? Or were there always 4?

If so, which 2 does everyone recommend?

Yes, they've added forms this year.
