NBME Questions for Step 2

Hi Folks!
I'll be taking step 2 soon and I was wondering where I can get the NBME Q's, is it a CD that I need to purchase and if so how much $$ for how many questions?
Also, from what I understand there are no explainations and if this is a timed test then how does one review the questions after? I mean after the test does it give you your score and that's it, it's over? Thanks in advance and good luck to all studying! 👍

believe it's $45 for 200 questions and there are 2 tests. It is timed, but you can also opt for a 5-hour version where you can look up questions.

But they won't provide right answers or explanations.
