Hello! This is going to sound like a very dumb question but where does one buy/find these NBME practice tests? And what is the ideal order to take them in? Thanks in advance!

As for the order, you can find plenty of opinions and suggestions out there. I say just got for whatever number you like that day.

when we buy a NBME test and complete it, at the end does it tell you exactly which questions you missed (like does it write out the questions that you missed) or does it just give you "you missed #13,34,45, etc."?

If you buy the extended feedback version (+10$) you will be shown exactly what questions you missed. However it will not show your correct ones.
