do a search for a thread called "2007 scores" not the "2007 experiences". That should give you the best answer. Ive looked at those and some people scored higher some lower but most were higher. The people who scored lower were usually a few points lower than their last nbme, but they usually took that nbme a day or so before the actual thing. So what im saying is that if you got a 240 on a nbme two weeks out, you will most likely score higher than that, but there's no guarantee.
