Necessary for Upper Division classes?

I'm doing a post-bacc program at my school and I have a few gaps on my record. IS it necessary to even take classes like biochem and cell bio, so far I have only done my basic sciences. I know it's the Carribbean, but I want to know more about their standards.---HopefullPremed
