So here's my question and it might be a stupid question but...

Does it matter if I submit my app online super early? Or, since it takes my transcript a few days to get there, will submitting before they arrive not matter?

I only ask this because I'd like to have some more time to polish my personal statement. If waiting a few days for my transcript to arrive (my school says it takes between 3-5 days) before submitting online does not change how fast aadsas processes my app then I'll take those extra days to improve my PS.

It's true. You can submit as early as you want, but unless all transcripts have arrived at AADSAS, they aren't going to process anything. My vote is to start you application, rush your matching form(s) to your school(s), and then take a couple days to tidy things up and finish your appication. Don't linger too long or your transcripts will end up waiting for your application.

anything between june 5th + 2 weeks will be processed as first wave

I delayed submitting my PS until June 12 last year. And did not take my DAT until July 27. I do not think this was considered "late" by any of the school and I don't have amazing stats. I would submit the transcripts and LOR as soon as you can but taking a little while on the PS is ok. I know how nerve racking it can be trying to make that short important essay perfect!
