is there anyone who can become my cosigner to take a loan from citibank. I'll really appreciate if someone can help me. Is there any bank or agency which gives loan without greencard or cosigner?

Its difficult to get a taker if someone takes loan for me then that person will be blocking his own loan which he may need later. Thankyou.
