Asking you to fill out a resume on the company computer system isn't necessarily a bad sign - it's something they probably ask everyone to do, including pharmacists, as part of the hiring process. Even if they verbally gave you an offer they would probably require you to fill that out anyway. It also may give more DMs or supervisors access to your information, so if another location needed help, they could call you.
I would recommend filling those out (you can even do some online at home), then go in and speak with the pharmacy manager of a store you want. Ask him or her if they need help and if they say no, ask if the company has an intern coordinator or someone in charge of interns for the district. CVS had that in my area at least (i know you don't want CVS again though). I now work at Walgreens and I'm not sure who's in charge of interns but when people come in looking for tech work the pharmacy manager usually tells them to check with the stores that she knows need help.
Also is there someone at your school you could ask? A career services department or pharmacy faculty who coordinate rotations? They might know of job openings or at least who to contact.
I'm not sure what the intern rate is in your area but I'd imagine it's a dollar or so more for each year of school, so consider what you made at CVS and what year you were, and you can probably come up with a good guess.
Good luck!
