Hey,
I am studying hard for step 1 in Early Feb 2013. I have taken this test several years ago with 248. My last NBME score equivalent (I just took a test last week) was 261. My aim is to increase my score to > 275. I am based in the US, and need a study partner living in the states as well to review books together 1 to 2 hours a day. No oversea study partner, OK? You must be really aimed at a very high score.
