Need Advice And Also Have A Rescheduling Question!

Ok so I am supposed to take STEP MONDAY (9th) but I just wound up with extreme tooth pain last week so I have to have a root canal this coming friday. First should I take the test or push it back? The next available date is the 17th! I really want to get it over with but dont want to take it hung over from pain meds or still in pain.

Second I logged in today to see if any dates had opened up sooner than the 17th and it says "This appt is unable to be rescheduled" and "This appt is unable to be cancelled". I thought you just had to pay a fee if it was fewer than 5 days away. Has anyone ever gotten this message before??

omg, you should reschedule. I had to reschedule, and even though you feel like you can't study any more and just want it over with, its much better in the long run to push it back and do better. you'll make it through.

I had the same rescheduling problem pop up. Just call them and they will reschedule, even if its the day before (as was my case!). I think that if its within 5-7 days of the appt, the online system won't let you change it. Call them and it will be ok.
