If you don't care where you go, then you can play it really safe and apply to some of the newer schools (MCPHS, Western, Arizona).
Once you get your OAT score, you can delete or add schools tailored to your score.
Since some schools do a rolling admission, it's always good to apply early unless you're retaking to replace a bad OAT or failed class.
IMO, apply to your top 4-5 initially and then add others if you don't get an early acceptance.
