Keep in mind you can add plus signs to gmail addresses for different purposes. So, if you're [email protected] you will still get emails sent to [email protected] if that helps at all.

I'm from Louisiana, and I think you need to make your email address straight forward and simple. Use some form of your name and leave it at that. Don't add Dr, Rx, HD or anything else - leave out the extra fluff to ensure professionalism.
