Need advice on my applications

Hi all,

I am applying to US MD/DO Schools & UQ Oschner for the 2022 cycle. The only problem is that the UQ school year begins in January of 2022 & US medical schools still send out acceptances around March 2022. I don't want to miss out on an opportunity by not applying to UQ. Can anyone think of anyway I can go around this problem? Thanks in advance.

If you don’t get into a US school this cycle apply to UQ for a start of 2023. You’ll only be starting a semester later.

Keep in mind that if you get accepted to UQ Ochsner for entry in Jan 2022, they will require a hefty deposit 3ish weeks after your acceptance to secure your spot. I agree with the above posters -- give the US MD/DO cycle time to play out, then consider applying for UQ Ochsner for entry in Jan 2023.
