Hey everybody, here's my dilemma. Im a fourth year med student. I was vacillating between EM and anesthesia for quite sometime. Decided on EM and scheduled rotations. Midway through, I decided anesthesia is a better option for me personally. I only did one rotation in anesthesia at my home institution. Unfortunately, my school does not have a home program. My question, is it allright to obtain only one LOR from an anesthesiology faculty and still get the necessary invites in order to match? Or am I too late in the game at this point? My stats, step 1 225, step 2 244, some research, Some high pass, honors during third year.

You're fine. Submit the application, wait for your interviews (they will trickle in, don't worry) and enjoy the rest of fourth year.
