Kinda off topic but...

One of my best friends is graduating from Med School. I want to get him a gift but am completely stumped as to what to get. I was thinking of getting a gag gift AND a serious gift.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!

Not sure it matters but he is graduating form a school in Mexico and I haven't seen him in 4 yrs(probably why I can't think of anything🙁)

The microbes are definitely a great idea.

As for serious presents, I always like gift basket type things, plus its easier since you don't have to get one big present. You could make like a relaxation theme or something like that, since he's done with the stress of school (although know probably has residency, haha). Anyways, you could include things like movie passes, liquor (if he drinks), some good food, anything else thats a bit indulgent that he would like.

Anyone remember the Taco Bell E. coli scare back in late 2006? That year for christmas my boyfriend gave me an E. coli in a taco bell bag, it was great
