Need Advice!!!!!

so i took my dat today and i am not happy with my scores.
Qr-16
Rc-17
Pat-16🙁
Orgo-20
Inorg-16🙁
Bio-20
Ts-19
AA-18
I applied to schools like Nyu Temple Bu Tufts etc... I dont think i have a shot of being accepted (Gpa 3.75 science 3.7 good extra curriculars) and I want to retake in Oct or Nov. First how should i apply? should i send in these scores? Should i wait to send in my application till after i retake? Any advice will be really helpfull!!!!!

to start off, your GPA is great while your DAT is average (this forum doesn't show the average stats).

I would say you would have a shot as long as your app (EC, volunteer, research, etc) looks good.

Side note: I hear on here a lot that QR and PAT are big to some schools so that might hurt you a little.

thanks so i guess ill apply send in my score and also tell schools that i plan on retaking

Also be carefull about retaking the DAT because a lot of schools wont look at your app or consider it complete if your retaking it so it might hurt you in the long run since you have to wait 90 days and its like getting your application in then

so should i just apply with these scores? can i get in somewhere? or should i retake?
