Hi All,
Third year med student wanting to know if any of you had LOR's on file that were marked "copy" for whatever reason (in my case, my writer told me he signed in black ink 🙄).
Obviously the rest of my over-achieving, anxiety-ridden med school connections tell me it matters, but i'm thinking it DOES NOT...especially since the letter includes a line saying I have waived my right to read it (this part of the instructions my LOR writer did follow).

Anyone? Does it matter? Copy or no copy? Did you still land a decent spot? 😀

uh oh... you'd better start getting your application together for the scramble

Don't let people scare you. No one is going to care. If anyone cares they will contact the letter writer to confirm the contents of the letter.

niiice. adds a new twist to the old expression, "DO's show up in the strangest places." LOL thanks for the good laugh! Bye bye LOR anxiety. 😎
