One book that goes missed, but it a great anatomy resource for the COMLEX is the USMLE Road map Anatomy review book. Thin easy book to read, lots of clinical references that you need to KNOW hands down for COMLEX. First Aid is not nearly enough info for COMLEX anatomy, especially since the anatomy questions are tied in with OMM questions. Some people just relied on their Moore-Dalley blue boxes, which is good, but is time consuming because you only really need to know the big clinical examples like the "winged scapulas" or "the waiter tip sign". I think part of the reason I did so well on the COMLEX (which is such a crazy test) is partly due to this little book.
