Need Guidance Help please

Hello, I am a Pharmacy Graduate from Pakistan. I have received my degree from the University of Karachi. I have also done an additional Clinical Trial Training Program and am a Clinical Trial Associate (CRA).
Can any one guide me as to how should i start my career in the field of clinical trials in Chicago since my family lives there. I am having the following queries.
Do i need to give any license exam? or any other exam?
Do i need to acquire any further degree in order to take part in any clinical trial?
How do i find any job opportunities in Chicago.

I would be really grateful if anyone could guide me on my career?

1st step would be to get licensed in the state of IL. That will be a long project in itself.

More specifically, you will have to pass the FPGEC, NAPLEX & MPJE, and I assume the TOEFL. In order to sit for the FPGEC, you will need a minimum of a bachelor degree from a 5 or more year program (if your program was only 4 years, your degree will not be acceptable in the US for the purposes of obtaining a pharmacy license.) You will also need to complete internship hours, but that's a minor component compared to passing the exams.

Thank u soo much for this guidance .. My pharm-D degree was of 5 years so i guess i do not need to attain an additional bachelor degree. However, do i need to pass all these three exams in order to get a license? or any one? and are these license necessary to get a job in clinical trial setting if i have done a training course of Clinical Trial Associate which is worth 10 credits?

And yes i have done a few internships over here in hospital pharmacy .. will those count?

I think so, but I'm not an expert, so you should check with the state board of the state you are applying for. Internships in Pakistan will generally not count towards state credit in the US (every 50 states has their own regulations, so there could be exceptions, but from what I'm aware of most states will require the internship hours be done at an accredited US facility.)

TOEFL-this is an English language test, from what I've heard, its the hardest of all the tests, you would have to take this test first if required (unless English was your native language, then you would be exempt)
FPGEC-this is basic science/pharmacy science test designed to show that you learned the same things in your college that you would have learned in an American college-you would take this test 2nd
NAPLEX-(this part I'm not 100% sure on), but I believe you have to have passed the FPGEC test first, then you would take this test, which is the same pharmacy exam all pharmacists are required to take to get licensed.
MPJE-this is the law test, it would need to be taken separately for each US state you want to work in.

Ok so the next thing i need to do is apply for TOEFL .. for that i will have to come to Chicago and sit for the exam. after i clear that ill take the FPGEC exam.

Sorry but where does it say that TOEFL isn't required if the graduate's native language is English? I thought any foreign pharm graudates, regardless of their citizenship, will have to sit for TOEFL if their degree is coming from a foreign institute.
However....I've read in some sources that graduates from 'English medium universities' can still be exempted from TOEFL. Could someone confirm this please?
