Need help adjusting/adding more to school list for a reapplicant with average-ish stats

Hello, everyone and thank you for reading I am new to SDN. My cGPA is about 3.63, sGPA 3.51, and MCAT 31, white. I am a california resident which is why I will be applying to many of the UCs this much is certain. My ECs are 250+ hours of volunteering starting in july of 2014 in the telemetry department of a local hospital, 30 hopefully to be 50 hours shadowing in an orthopedic clinic etc.

Anyway, this is kind of what my list looked like last time, I received some criticisms of it and would like to change it/add more to it as I have heard reapplying to the same school is not as great, but am uncertain looking at the MSAR would be better. What do your lists look like if you have similarish stats?

I will also be applying DO and it looks like I could mostly just apply anywhere there based on the published statistics from aacomas? Anyway, here is my current list one I hope to make changes to with your advice. I would like any mid to higher tier DO school or any with decent stats.

I am a reapp to the first list, the second one was ones that have been suggested to me. I have since gotten a DO lor and am now able to make right what I regret which was not applying DO as well last cycle.
