I applied to a bunch of 0-6 yr programs. I got accepted at MCPHS (Boston) and St. Johns(ny). By US news MCPHS is slightly better ranked. MCPHS is a little less cost wise. I need your help in which is a better school..... Please any input

Better school? cmmon man, ranking is just some opinion. It's all the same thing. Pick your school based on your preference and life situation.

Are you closed to one of the school? do you preffer city area over foresty area? Do you want to commute to save money from dorming? do you want to get out of your comfort zone and live in a dorm many states away from home? Stuff like that...

...because in the end and once you graduate, the degree from different PharmD programs are equal. It qualifies both person to do the same work. Employer will feel the same way toward one PharmD degree as the other. These schools are professional instutions with atleast 100 yeasr of establishment experiences. They're lead by professional that aim to seriously train people whose work can affect lives.

Nobody is going to look at a degree from MCPHS and be like... OH it's cheaper ... hence the pharmacist who graduate are less in quality then some other school. That's just illegal. the government will shut down a school if this was the reality.

So pick based on ye life circumstances and ye taste. Ye know?

I agree. Personal fit is the most important thing. That said, incredible debt sucks even with a good salary. If you have any existing debt before pharmacy school, finances should be an important factor in your choice. If not, you have a little more wiggle room.

Thank you banaface & ForumHangout. Any input on the faculty, grading, rotations etc
