need help in proof-reading

Hi,
I'm not a native speaking medico. Recently I have prepared a paper in radiology-obstetrics for my professor. but the editor advised a proofreading of the manuscript by a native speaking doc.
Would anybody help me to sort this out?
P.S. editing companies out there are too expensive for a medico like me!
