Need help on what to do with extra time after blocks

While taking blocks/nbme's, I usually end up with 20-25 minutes of time left, what do I do with it? I never understood what it means to "review" before going on to the next block.

Lol, believe me this would be your last problem in the real exam.
I used to end up with like 10-15 mins remaining in both but in the real exam I barely had time to review the marked question that I had to mark only the most doubted answers and not all of them, the question stem is longer and more vague in the real test.
I had only two easy blocks that saved me 5 and 10 mins which added up to my break time.
