Need Help: Other countries' systems?

I was wondering if anyone knew of good sources to learn about other countries' (preferably European or Canadian) health care systems. I'm doing a paper about end-of-life Medicare spending and want to compare it with end-of-life care in other systems. I mostly want to learn about how this care is rationed in countries with state-run systems.
