i'm a medical student at 6th year in egypt, would anybody please how can i study for the step 1 what is the best method to get a high score for those who already passed step 1 this is my email [email protected] because there is many things i need to understand

and i'm in sort of the step1 and 2 materials,how can i get them from a free books site.any suggestion?

usmle-forums.com is a great site for IMG's preparing for the boards. There are a lot of other IMGs on that forum and they can give you tips on how to prepare. Here are a couple threads/ polls with the basics of time needed to prepare, books etc.
