Alright any help would appreciate. First off just trying to get a chance of what shot i have at a U.S M.D. program.

Here are the facts:

3.10 GPA undergrad (really screwed up junior year) B.S. Chemistry

First MCAT: 24Q

Second MCAT: 31P

Good EC and clinical, no concerns here

currently enrolled at Manattanville college post bac

Expected grades:

Biochem: A (second time, first time D+)

Biochem techniq: A

Nutrition in health and disease: A-/B

Holds at GW and UMDNJ, I just need to know do i have a shot period this year or next year, with the way my post-bac is going. If the answer is no that's okay, just need some honest truth as to should i keep going. Thanks in advance.

Your GPA hole is deep. You are shooting yourself in the foot if you get a B in a post-bac class. Besides needing desperately to raise your GPA, you need a run of As to prove to adcomms that you've turned things around and are capable of succeeding in upper-level science classes. I'd say you need two years of solid post-bac performance to make an impact. Are you willing to put in the time and effort?
