Need help uploading transcripts

Hi, really hoping someone can help me here, I'm getting incredibly stressed trying to figure it out! UWashington want unofficial transcripts uploaded, but when I scanned my transcripts they were over the size limit of 500KB. I compressed them using a program online which I thought had worked (they looked fine on the screen) but when I printed out a draft application, they're REALLY zoomed in or something and you can't make out anything apart from a few words in massive print. Can anyone help figure out how to fix this??

Hey C,

I had this problem last year too. I can't remember exactly how I handled it but if I recall it involved opening the file in a word document, resizing it to fit one page and then re-saving in pdf format (on the print page).
