In secondary amenorrhea:

MTB says after pregnancy test-->check TSH-->check prolactin levels-->progesterone challenge test

USMLE world says: after pregnancy test-->go straight to progesterone challenge test

Which one is it????

Also, after having an MI: how long do you have to wait to have sex? 2 wks or 6 wks?
