What's with the rash of "help me with my homework" posts these days from people who quite clearly know next to nothing about pathology? If you don't know that's a salivary gland then either you are a terrible pathologist or you have nothing to do with pathology. In either case, this is the wrong forum for you.

It's infantile spongiform cervicofacialoma.
 
I wasn't sure if it is parotid gland. That's why I posted the question. Thank y'all.
 
I think its cystic hygroma (lymphangioma) correct if im wrong
