Need Help with Cincinnati or Columbus Groups...

Hello,
Long time SDN'er with a different UN.

I finished residency recently and due to some family issues I'm looking at moving back to Cincinnati or Columbus.

From what I've heard there are three groups in Cincy (one academic)...I don't know a lot about Columbus.

Anyone know much about the job market these two cities, the groups, pros/cons of each group???
