I mainly need help picking which MD schools to apply to, and adding additional DO schools. I understand that most of the MD schools will be "reach" schools, but I want to apply broadly to schools that I at least have a chance at. One additional thing, I prefer locations with warmer weather so my list is a little biased to locations in the south (though cold weather is not necessarily a deal-breaker).

Any thoughts on schools I should add or take out?

Great application! I'd probably add Baylor, take out Nevada. Everything else looks good.

Yes, through my student organization I did lots of volunteering with underprivileged communities.
Many people do. The HBCU's are looking for a lifetime commitment. That is the reason they are described as "mission based."

How many years volunteering in this type of setting would demonstrate to the ADCOM that the applicant fits this mission statement?

It will depend on the whole application and the individual evaluating it.
Those who have lived the life you were volunteering to help will inevitably have an advantage if they have managed to make it into the application pool.

You should take off FIU, FAU, FSU, University of NV, WVUSOM, University of S. Carolina from your list due to heavy in-state bias.....

DO list is fine, suggest adding PacNW, CCOM, and PCOM A 3.2 GPA is not competitive for MD schools.
