Need Help with Sending Transcript to AADSAS

Hello everyone,
I am going to apply this cycle 2016/17. I have questions about Transcript Submission. Please give me your advice:

1. I was told by a former applicant that I should request physical transcripts sent to me now. Can I request transcript now before application opens?

2. When application opens on June 1, print out the "Matching Form", fill it out, and attached to the original transcript package, and send it to AADSAS?

3. I can't send my transcript without the Matching Form and of course before June 1 to AADSAS right?

4. Please give me other tips and hints on Transcript Submission that one needs to know.

The application is going to open up in 16 days. Just wait the 16 days and get the matching forms - then upload/mail/hand them to your registrar's office. I have no idea if AADSAS would accept your transcript if it was in your possession, regardless if you never opened it up. If that happened, you'd waste even more time having to resend everything.

The only "tip" or "hint" I can say is to get an official copy beforehand and check it for errors. Mine had errors and it delayed my application almost 4 weeks. Otherwise, you're really overthinking this whole process.

1. So, having a transcript sent to myself is just for checking error purpose. I can't personally send my transcript to AADSAS, but I have to request my schools to send it to AADSAS with the matching form, is this correct?

2. At my schools, they do electronic transcript now. So If I request them to send my transcript to AADSAS, they will electronically send it, not the physical copies? so how they include the physical matching form?

01: 99% sure. Best thing to do is call AADSAS and ask.

02: Your school should still have an option of sending a physical transcript because a lot of places still don't accept electronic. My undergrad had an option when we ordered our transcript online to upload any forms that needed to be sent with it. My grad school just had you email whatever form you needed to the registrar. My DE school didn't allow online orders for transcripts so I had to mail the request form for them, the AADSAS matching form, and payment. If you don't see which one you have to do, give your registrar a call on Monday.
