So I realize this isn't craiglist, but I'm transferring to another school and I have a place that's right near Drexel Med so it's not too far from PCOM...just a fellow med student trying to share the love! This place is in a renovated 100 year-old mansion on the top (3rd) floor with a lot of character. It has hard-wood floors and tall (10 ft) ceilings, and lots of off-street parking. Heating/water is included and there is a washer and dyer on the premise. The landlord is a really nice guy and will bend over backwards to accommodate you
