your scores are good. you might want to retake later on depending on which schools you are going to apply to. some schools have a cutoff off 300 for all sections.
but if you apply at the beginning of the cycle for next year you should have a good chance.

those are great scores, and a great gpa! if i were you, i'd probably be itching to take it again after super-preparing for the RC section again.
applying early is a good idea. some schools will overlook the fact that you did poorly in one section. it will probably help if you have good grades in your english courses. =)
