This might be very long I am sorry but anyone that could help me would be great! I just want to make sure I am setting myself up for the correct path so halfway down the line I an not screwed.

I am a very very busy person working 2 jobs and I want to go back to college work my way up to medical school and someday be a surgeon. I have no time, as of right now, to attend classes on campus, so I am looking into accredited regional colleges that offer online health degrees.
I live in Idaho and I found that Azusa Pacific University does online degrees.
They offer Health Sciences, BS Degree which contains the following classes:
Program Requisites 15 units
UC 101
Momentum: Success in the University
3
HSCI 100
Introduction to Health and Disease
3
HSCI 105
Nutrition and Wellness
3
HSCI 110
U.S. Health Care Systems
3
STAT 280
Applied Statistics
3
Major Requirements 45 units
APSY 295
Human Growth and Development
3
APSY 300
Research Methods in Psychology
3
APSY 430
Cultural Psychology
3
BIO 225
General Microbiology
4
BIO 235
Human Anatomy
4
BIO 245
Human Physiology
4
CHEM 115
Chemistry for the Health Sciences
4
HSCI 300
Bioethics
3
HSCI 305
Introduction to Genetics
4
HSCI 310
Health Care Professions
1
HSCI 320
Medical Sociology
3
HSCI 491
Senior Seminar: Health Sciences Capstone
3
HSCI 497
Fieldwork
2
PHYS 100
General Physics for Health Sciences
4
Emphasis Area 15 units

With all of this, will it fulfill the coursework requirements needed to get into med school besides the whole on the job and volunteer work? I just need to know if taking health sciences is the right choice for being able to further on and apply to medical school.
What other classes are suggested for me and basically ANY insight would be great. I know this is what I want to do in the future I am just not sure the right path to take.

If these are all online, how are you supposed to fulfill your lab requirements...?

Also you are missing:

Physics I
Physics II
Chem I
Chem II
Orgo I
Orgo II

All of which require a lab.

So the answer is no. You can look online to find the general requirements for most med schools.

OP, you say you're "going back to school". Do you already have a degree of some sort?

Also you are missing:

Physics I
Physics II
Chem I
Chem II
Orgo I
Orgo II

I don't see Bio either...

Many med schools won't accept online credits for pre-reqs. The courses you listed exclude the vast majority of med school prereqs anyway, so this doesn't seem like a good route for you.
