Have a young healthy patient with radicular pain, had modest response within intralaminar, likely needs a transforaminal, has now returned to college/school in Ohio. I would also appreciate a surgeon in the area he could speak with as well in case a transforaminal does not work out. Very much a nice kid and a straight shooter. He is in Ashland, Ohio 45 min from Cleveland, OH.
