Jacobi hospital in Bronx NY had 2 PGY-4 positions open earlier this year (this is a 6-year program that is only 3 years old, so a temporary 4-year program was developed to help fill the upper level resident positions). Only one position was filled, but I am not sure if they are still looking for someone to fill the other position.
