Have a patient who needs bilateral pudendal and posterior femoral cutaneous nerve blocks. Need these done accurately. Any recommendations? Prefer to be done under ultrasound but will take what we can get. Thanks.

I know this is not related to the post, feel free to delete...but can you tell us why this procedure needs to be done? History perhaps? Ok for bilateral pudendals?

Had b/l pudendal and PFCN cryoablation and having a lot of post cryo neuritis, want to tone it down with some blocks 🙂

Sounds like you’ve found the guy in Baltimore. So maybe u can elaborate what was the indication for this?
