All along I was planning on only applying to UConn's program as that is where I am finishing up my undergrad. I am starting to realize that I should look into other programs as the field is becoming more and more competitive. Does anyone have any good suggestions for me? Cost is a major factor but likely all options outside the state of CT will be expensive for me

I have around a 3.4-3.5 cGPA and similar pre req and science gpa. Also 157q, 155v, 4w; 100ish op hours

Looking for affordable(ish) and realistic options given my statistics

check out PTCAS program directory, they have all the stats for the participating programs. I'm not sure if they have costs listed but they have the program website listed so you can research there or call up your the program to ask. gl.

It's like your asking us to suggest which flavor of ice cream you should eat. Where you apply will depend on a lot of things. Criteria you should consider include:

-Ultimate pass rate (should be >95%)
-Cost (private school should be between $25-30k/year)
-Geography (where do you want to be after you finish?)
-Program requirements (will you be competitive if you apply with your current stats?)
-Specialization (does the school specialize in research, neuro, manual thearpy?)
-Feedback (what are others saying about the school?)
