Composite: 1.6-2.3
Dentin: 2.1
Porcelain: 2.4
Enamel: 2.9
Amalgam: 11.6
Gold: 19.3

All g/ cu cm.

Density of composite resins varies, depending upon type and manufacturer. ( flowable/packable, Anterior/posterior).

There is one very good website for dental materials, properties
http://www.lib.umich.edu/dentlib/Dental_tables/Density.html

Can you elaborate your first question ? I feel something is missing.

second one- OMG, you need to see textbook. If I have to make retentive groove on # 20, I will use a fine bur. 🙂

normally you would use a a low speed bur 38 but it can also be made by a high speed one, if it is with a had instrument you would use a marginal trimmer ...that is the ones that have 4 angles normally you have two ( right and left
