Need some advice...freaking out

I know this has been posted a million times before but I'm going to post it anyway for my specific situation. So I took the UWSA 1 about 7 weeks ago and scored a 240. 2 weeks ago I took a CBSE test and got a 260+ on it. I had taken this same CBSE earlier in the year so I think that score might have been slightly inflated. I never knew what the right answers were but I'm sure seeing the questions before helped me somewhat. Last week I took NBME 12 and got a 253. I'm pretty happy with these scores but for the past week my UWorld percentage has been going down. My average for the last 6 days is a 73% and for the 6 days prior to that is a 77%. I'm planning on taking another practice test soon (either UWSA 2 or NBME) so hopefully that will give me an indication of where I am at but is it normal for scores to decrease like this on UWorld. I have about 40% of the Qbank left so I don't know if they get harder towards the end or something. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong because I've been studying a bunch this past week but my scores have just been dropping.

You haven't been doing anything wrong, and it's likely just a fluke. There's a lot of noise in your performance on each block, and sometimes a string of sub-average performances lines up. Additionally, you're talking about a 4% deviance, which is an average of just 1.8 fewer questions correct per block. Hardly something to worry about.
