need some advice!! should i take the usmle?

hey guys, long time lurker but i really need some advice.

i just took the nbme 11 and got 219 on it.. im a DO student and planning on going into IM or neuro. i want to get into an allopathic residency in NYC (as its my hometown) so that is why im taking the USMLE,. i was aiming for a 230 and have only a week left before my test date. should i take the usmle or not?? should i postpone it? is it realistically possible to get to my target score by then?? im nearly done with uworld, with about 100 questions left.. and have done 2 passes at FA already

Was that your first NBME? I guess it all depends on how long you've been studying and whether you feel like you'll use the extra time effectively. You're gonna have a full run through of U world under your belt with a week to spare (so you can go over a good amount of incorrects and probably all the marked) and you'll have time to improve all the areas you felt weak on during the NBME.
