I'm a tech. I needed more hours since I'm on summer break. I called around and got some hours. I started working at 2 pharmacies. Pharmacy A and Pharmacy B. Pharmacy A is where I want to end up working. I possibly want to transfer there if I can. I don't want to work at Pharmacy B. I got trapped at Pharmacy B 2 weeks in advance(rph gave me hours for 2 weeks). Pharmacy A was late in giving me hours for the next week. So when they finally gave me the hours I had no choice but to accept the hours because I really want to work here. So now some days conflict. What do I do?

Wrong. You did have a choice. You chose to be an unreliable employee.
I should have risk me not working for pharmacy A? I felt if I don't work there, they won't give me hours in the future.

How are you going to be in two places at once?...

I work 2 jobs. The schedules never come out at the same time. You can't agree to working when you are already scheduled. You now jeopardize whichever one you "choose" over the other. I hope you can get somebody to cover the shift for you at one of them.

l.m.a.o. is this a joke? you screwed yourself by saying yes to Pharmacy A. You should've told them you're already booked and try to maintain connection for the future with A. Now you're in a bind, because you still have to say no to one of them, but now you sound like an as***** to whichever pharmacy you turn down the hours. Unless you straight up quit B and go to A, that's your only other option seeing you ultimately want to end up in Pharmacy A.

Start adulting and call around to see if people can cover the shifts you need covered at store B. If no one takes, start offering a $50 bonus or something as a stupid tax. Learn lesson. Move on.
