This semester I am taking 2 classes: Organic chemistry and and upper level science elective. I am also taking a Kaplan review course for a scheduled April MCAT date.
My background is the same old story - horrible grades for the first few years of school, got it together and now have a BSN. I have been post-bacc for 4 semesters and have a 4.0 for 35 hours of coursework.
My question is this: Should I keep the 2 classes I have or drop the science elective and focus more time on the MCAT. I am thinking that a good MCAT score will look better than an A in a science elective. But, I'm worried about only taking one course this semester as looking like I'm slacking. (I have a lot of other stuff I'm doing this semester)
Thoughts?
